Breeda works mainly in the local government policy area with responsible for the organisation of public policy seminars for local authorities and the civil service. She is also responsible for the management of conferences for specific local government groups and organises conferences on behalf of IPA clients. She also facilitates regional Certificate in Local Government and is responsible for the management and organisation of Expert Witness Courses delivered locally to local authorities. Breeda is also Secretary of the Joint Standing Committee of the Dublin Maternity Hospitals.
