Siobhán Bradley, Masters in Business Studies and H.Dip in Business Studies, UCD Graduate School. Currently undertaking PhD studies in Leadership through the University of Bath, UK.

Siobhán is a training consultant in the leadership and management group at the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin. She has worked in Ireland and internationally, particularly in Europe and the US. Her training focus includes the design and implementation of Leadership and Management Development programmes, women in leadership, change management and personal development. These areas build on her previous roles in education, relationship management and consulting.

Since joining the IPA Siobhán has designed and provided courses centred on managing change, management development, facilitation, decision making, interpersonal skills, personal effectiveness, effective training, presentation skills programmes and programmes specifically focused on women leaders in the Trade Unions. Clients have included; Dublin City Council, City of Dublin VEC, Wicklow VEC, Irish Blood Transfusion Services, Fire Services Council, Kildare County Council, Health Service Executive South, St. James’ Hospital Physiotherapy Department.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining the IPA, Siobhán worked in the Department of Management, in the UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business. She designed, developed and implemented courses on leadership, management, managing change and organisational behaviour for a range of postgraduate and professional level students. Key areas covered include, leadership and management skills, planning, understanding organisational competencies, structures and systems, diagnosing and managing change, interpersonal and group communication.

Siobhán joined UCD after a number of years working in the US, more recently providing strategic communications consulting to high tech clients, managing a cross functional team and a number of business development /relationship management roles within Irish and international software companies, developing the European and US market base. Her roles involved a focus on mergers and acquisitions, crises management, team building, internal and external communications programmes.

Siobhán is pursuing doctorate studies in the area of Leadership, with particular focus on womens’ contribution to our understanding of leadership.
