Jane is a Management Development Specialist and her fields of expertise include the design and delivery of management development, teambuilding and interpersonal skills programmes. She is a licensed facilitator in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Belbin Team Roles Inventory.

Prior to joining the IPA , Jane worked as a researcher in the field of education and has co-authored reports evaluating educational programmes. She also has experience in the health sector and youth services.

Jane is Programme Director for the NUI Certificate in Personal Effectiveness and Managing Performance. She also tutors on the Diploma in Healthcare Management programme and is a project facilitator on the Royal College of Surgeons Diploma in Management for Doctors.

Jane has extensive experience designing and delivering management development , teambuilding and interpersonal skills programmes in the public sector. She is currently delivering a series of new manager development programmes in the HSE North East and has recently provided management development programmes for City of Dublin VEC ,Wiclow and Dun Laoghaire VECs, and Dublin City Council. She has also recently delivered a Team Leader development programme in the HSE North West and Mentoring workshops in the Office of Public Works.
