The first event in the IPA Governance Forum calendar for 2019 will take a look at the Key Governance Topics for 2019.
In 2017-2018, the IPA in conjunction with the Strategic Committee for the Criminal Justice Sector ran an innovative change and collaborative leadership programme, specifically aimed at addressing some of the complex, cross-cutting issues within the criminal justice sector.

The IPA Governance Forum is pleased to advise details of the next briefing: Risk Management – Embedding, Opportunity and Appetite, which will take place on Thursday, 8 November 2018.
The IPA Governance Forum is holding a morning briefing on 11 October 2018 (8.00am – 10.30am) which will focus on the topic of Governance and Corporate Culture: Setting the ‘Right’ Tone. This event will afford a timely look at an important aspect of governance (indeed, one which has received increased prominence in recent codes and reports).
The next IPA Governance Forum Event is a one-day workshop on the Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members. This workshop will take place on Thursday, 04 October 2018 from 09:30 to 16:30.

The 8th Governance Forum event for 2018 will take place on the morning of Thursday, 14 June between 8.00 – 10.30am at the IPA on the topic of Reputation Management and Media Relations. This event brings together three highly experienced practitioners to discuss the key building blocks of reputation management and protection for public bodies and public benefit entities and to consider how best to engage in effective media and wider stakeholder relations.
