Most of the decision we make today are anchored in evidence, or what we know as data. We use data to uncover patterns and insights to help inform the direction of our organisations. Data and what is known as Big Data, can help us identify cost reduction opportunities, opportunities for new products or services and all within a fast environment. Equally, many organisations are facing challenges driven by a more data centric business environment.
This course provides an introduction to the world of data and data analytics (including the role and systems of Artificial Intelligence). We review frameworks which underpin data and critically asses the risk, rewards, and management of data and digital strategies within an organisation.
