This half day course presents key financial management principles underpinning good practice and reviews this guide for application in the real world. The course will be of particular interest to Executives and Boards within Public Sectors entities.

The programme will introduce participants to the five maturity levels of financial management characteristics of organisation practice (leading-edge, professional, adequate, basic, and inadequate) which are applied to the following key themes:
