This one-year programme is delivered through blended learning. Students attend scheduled in-person seminars at the IPA, study various online resources, and are supported by a series of online check-ins.
Entry Requirements
Applicants who are over 21 may qualify for entry as a mature student. Applicants younger than 21 should meet IPA matriculation requirements.

Fees
The prgramme fee is €2,600, payable in one or two instalments.
Employers and Fees
Where employers are paying fees, students, when enrolling, must provide a PO number and employer authorisation on the applicaiton form OR submit a letter from their employer confirming that fees will be paid directly.

- Cheque (payable to the Institute of Public Administration).
- Bank draft.
Note: Fees may increase slightly from year to year. Where this occurs, students will be charged the increased fee.
Progression
Students who successfully complete this programme can enter the second year of the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree programme on completion of a summer bridging programme.
