Cloud and Virtualisation Essentials introduces you to the various technologies and business models related to Virtualisation and Cloud Computing.

This module covers the following content:

  • Common terms and definitions
  • Business benefits and considerations
  • Cloud Computing - techniques, methods, challenges and types
  • Approaches to server virtualisation and its relevance to modern data centers
  • Implications on server virtualisation on storage, networks and applications and the modern workplace
  • Compliance, risk and regulatory consequences of virtualisation and cloud computing
