The Institute of Public Administration (IPA), in partnership with the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery and Reform (DPENDR), are facilitating a number of one-day courses for public servants who work at investigating how Artificial Intelligence (AI) could be used appropriately to transform public service delivery.
The courses offered align with the public service transformation strategy, ‘Better Public Services’ which aims to enhance service delivery through technology and digitisation, and will equip participants with the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as its potential and implications for public service organisations.
Unlocking the Potential of AI in Public Service, is a comprehensive workshop specifically designed for organisations and teams looking to explore how AI solutions can enhance their products or services. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, participants will learn to identify and apply AI technologies to their specific areas of work.
Join us for an immersive workshop designed to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into public service. This hands-on session will not only demystify AI but also provide practical tools for building a compelling use case. Attendees will engage in interactive activities, culminating in answering the pivotal question: "How might we use AI in the Public Service?"
