Innovation and Collaboration for Growth is a three seminar series that provides insights into what it takes at personal, organisational and sectoral level to deliver on the goals set out in Our Public Service 2020. The seminars are aimed at senior public servants responsible for driving cultural change to work more effectively by enhancing collaboration for innovation in thought and practice by those leadeing collaborative and innovation initiatives.
The first of the IPA’s three-part seminar series for Senior Leaders takes place on 11 June 2019 from 8:30am to 11:00am. The seminar will challenge participants to assess how their individual and collective mindset is likely to enhance or stifle the use of new ideas and approaches to improve organisational effectiveness.
