The IPA Governance Forum is pleased to announce details of this morning briefing which will be held on Friday, 10 November 2017 (8.00 – 10.30) at the IPA and will address Risk Management - Embedding Good Practice.
Effective risk management is an integral feature of the good governance of any organisation, be it public, private or not-for-profit. This briefing will discuss the practical implications of effective risk management for the Board and Senior Management teams of organisations. Guest Speakers include Elaine O'Donoghue, Group Head of Risk at Ervia; Kathleen Lombard, Board Secretary and Chief Risk Officer with HIQA and Aidan Horan, Director with responsibility for Governance Services at the IPA.
