Strategy: Effective Planning and Implementation is an IPA Governance Forum Briefing that will take place from 8.30am to 10.30am on Thursday, 21 September 2017 at the IPA.
This event will include key insights on the development and implementation of strategy, effective stakeholder engagement, the role of the Board, how strategy links with performance and accountability and the central government perspective on and contribution to agency strategy.
