On 20 March, the IPA launched the 2025 Strategic Leadership Programme. This programme, which will serve almost 200 Public Service leaders at principal officer level and above, provides an immersive learning experience focusing on personal leadership development, advanced leadership at team and organisation level, while also exploring leadership at cross-governmental level.
