Director of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Corporate Communications

Founded in 1957, the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a leading provider of education, training, consultancy, publication and research services for the public sector in Ireland and overseas.  Its objective is to advance the understanding, standard and practice of public administration and public policy.  To support its continued success, the IPA is seeking to appoint a Director of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Corporate Communications to the senior management team.

Role Overview
Based in Dublin, the  Director of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Corporate Communications will have responsibility for the management, development and monitoring of human resources and organisational development strategies and policies across the IPA. He/she will also lead on the development and implementation of a communications strategy with all stakeholders.

The Person
We are seeking an experienced executive with a proven track record of motivation, delivery and experience in a similar role at a senior level. This experience may have been gained in either the private or public sector.  The salary scale for this permanent full-time position ranges from €81,691 to €111,749 (including two long service increments).  Secondment will be actively considered.   Further details of this exciting opportunity are available on request from cmcnally@ipa.ie.
