Leadership Development

Building an organisational culture where difference is valued and dignity at work is a core leadership focus has never been more critical.

Recent revelations regarding abuses of power, bullying and harassment highlight the need for fresh focus on the business imperative of building inclusive cultures.

Multiple research studies show that organisations, which demonstrate and nurture an inclusive culture perform better and that inclusivity has wide ranging social, ethical and economic consequences for organisations.  Leadership is crucial to building a truly inclusive culture by shaping and instilling the appropriate behaviours, values and practices which encourage openness and respect of differences. It is these differences that encourage creativity, innovation and strengthen organisations’ capacity to deliver on their strategic objectives.

While fulfilling obligations under codes of governance is necessary, it is not sufficient. To understand how you can build an inclusive culture in your organisation you can attend this seminar to benefit from research, accepted codes of practices and national and international case examples.
