Personal Resilience and Wellbeing is an online interactive course that is designed for staff who wish to develop and improve their resilience and confidence in carrying out their roles effectively, efficiently and professionally. During this course, you will learn what resilience is, you will acquire practical tools and techniques to strengthen your own personal resilience and gain confidence in dealing with challenging situations, learn about your personal working and communication style and its impact on others and get practical tips on working remotely and improving work/life balance.
The course is designed for administrative support staff in Local Authorities (typically Grades 3 & 4), Government Departments and Agencies (typically Clerical Officers and Executive Officers).
