To benefit fully from the programme, students underpin course content with reference to a change project they are leading. This project forms part of the assessment but also provides a vital link between in-classroom learning and the practical realities of the workplace.

Assessment

The programme is assessed by means of a project on a change management topic, other written assignments and exams.
