This three-day online course prepares you for sitting the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam which is based on the PMBoK (the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge).

The purpose of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge is to identify and describe the project management good practice. It is recognised that the knowledge and practices contained therein are applicable to most projects most of the time. There is widespread consensus about their value and usefulness.  The course fee doesn’t not include the CAPM exam fee. There are secondary degree and education pre-requisites.

Fee: The cost of this three day online course is €690 per person.  The course fee doesn’t not include the CAPM® exam fee.

All IPA courses are subject to minimum participant numbers and bookings will typically close one week prior to the course start date.  This course will close two weeks prior to the start date. Early booking is recommended to secure a place.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, that in the event of a cancellation less than 48 working hours before the commencement of a course, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.  Cancellation fee will also apply to non-arrivals on the day.

Learning Outcomes

Completion of the Certified Associate in Project Management Course will allow participants to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of implementing standard Project Management processes and practices.
  • Establish their knowledge on all the five process groups and knowledge areas.
  • Prepare for the CAPM® exam in order to attain a certification.
  • Contribute to the organisations further professionalisation of managers involved in project management.
