PRINCE2® is a well-established project management methodology used in business and government. It provides a proven best practice model that helps ensure project delivery is on time, on budget, of high quality and meets customer requirements. The PRINCE2® 7 Foundation Exam Preparation Course and Certification is a three-day intensive, instructor-led course designed to teach participants the fundamental building blocks of the PRINCE2® approach and to prepare them for the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation Certificate exam.
The training approach includes presentations, facilitated discussion, feedback and learning reviews with worked examples, mock exams and exam preparation. This exam is a one hour multiple choice closed-book examination with 60 questions. Participants must achieve a 60% score to pass. Successful participants will be provided with PRINCE2® 7 Certification and will appear on the PRINCE2® Successful Candidate Registers. Soft-copy pre-course study material will be made available in advance of attendance at the course.

This PRINCE2® 7 Foundation Exam Preparation Course and Certification is a specialist led training course including presentations, facilitated discussion, feedback and learning reviews with worked examples, mock exams and exam preparation.

There are no pre-requisites for this course. We recommend all participants, regardless of their experience, take advantage of our pre-course study materials.
Fee: The cost of this course is €1,150 per person for the three day programme.
Fee includes three days of instructor led tuition, exam voucher (and one exam resit), and softcopy textbook. (Lunch will be included for in person training at the IPA).
Individuals who are paying for themselves must pay by credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, that in the event of a cancellation less than 48 working hours before the commencement of a course, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fee will also apply to non-arrivals on the day.

Assessment will take place in class or online depending on the format of the course. Details of how to complete the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation Exam will be advised by the Course Leader. This exam is a one hour multiple choice closed book examination with 60 questions. Participants must achieve a 60% score to pass.
Students will receive a pre-course booklet that contains the essentials of PRINCE2® 7 and will remain as a key reference document after the completion of the course. The extensive course workbook includes real project examples, rules of thumb, learning games and reminders. It will assist in preparation for the PRINCE2® 7 exam and remain a useful resource to be used in participants’ daily work.
The workshop leaders for this course include Mary O’Giollain and David McCreery (Athris Ltd) who will bring many years of practical project management knowledge, expertise and unique insights to enrich the formal learning of the class.
