Louise is Senior Specialist in Innovation and Digital with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). Prior to joining the IPA in May 2025, Louise held a number of lecturing and research positions with Maynooth University, including most recently Associate Professor in Sustainable Futures with the School of Business.
Louise’s teaching experience includes undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programmes in organisational change, sustainable transformation, social theory, design methods, user experience, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Prior to moving to academia, Louise held management positions in digital media companies.
Louise holds a PhD in Anthropology focused on AI and robotics (MU), an MSc in Multimedia Technology (UCC) and an MA in English Literature (UCD).
