Niamh is a Professional Development Specialist in Mediation and Human Resource Management with IPA, having joined in April 2025.
Niamh delivers accredited mediation programmes and HRM training programmes and works with clients to support innovative solutions.
Niamh has practical experience in the full Employee and People Management Lifecycle with specialist knowledge in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution through her previous HR Leadership roles.
Niamh holds a BA in Human Resource Management & Diploma in Human Resource Development and is a long-time member of CIPD.
Niamh also has an MA in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and is a certified Conflict Coach. Niamh is an accredited Mediator and the current Deputy President of the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) and the Workplace Mediation Sector Lead.
Niamh has worked across various sectors including Retail, Waste Management and more recently Disability and has a strong interest in disability advocacy.
