Design Thinking is a tool which helps create innovations and improvements to existing products to meet the needs and changing expectations of users. It is recognised as one of the most reliable methods used in the pre-project phase to assess the cost-effectiveness of a proposal and how the project deliverable will deliver as many benefits to the organization and customer as possible.

The DTMethod® is based on three core elements:

  • DTTools, with up to 20 tools available
  • DTRules and DTRoles, consisting of the rules and roles to follow when applying the DTMethod®
  • DTMethod® Implementation, or the process for combining the Tools, Rule and Roles.
