Mark Finn lectures in the areas of Economics, Political Science, Research Methods and Statistics on a number of IPA Programmes including the the Master of Arts, Master of Science, BA Programme, Bridging Studies Programme and the US Parliamentary Internship Programme. He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College, a Postgraduate Diploma in Policy Analysis and a Master of Economic Sciences from the IPA.
Mark also works in the area of Quality Assurance at the Institute. He was a member of the Institutional Review Steering Group and worked on the subsequent Quality Improvement Plan along with working on a number of Programmatic Reviews, sits on the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Group as well as introducing and monitoring actions from the QA policy framework and monitoring key indicators. Prior to joining the Institute, he worked in Trinity College Dublin and in a Government Relations Division in Washington, DC.
