Edwin Maguire is a Senior Human Resource Management Specialist with the IPA. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Edwin has designed and delivered training and consultancy services in all areas of HRM to clients across public, private and not for profit sectors. He has a particular interest in managing employee relations, employee engagement, industrial relations and partnership and in developing management capacity in these areas. He is Director of the IPA / CIPD Accredited Certificate and Diploma in HRM Practice.

Maebh O’Connor is a Human Resource Management Specialist with the IPA. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and frequently undertakes HR related consultancy projects in addition to designing and delivering learning and development programmes across a wide range of topics for both public and private sector organisations. Her main focus of activity is personal and professional development, i.e. enabling staff at all levels of the organisation to realise their true potential and in so doing to maximise their contribution in the workplace.

Lily Regan is a Human Resource Management Specialist with the IPA. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has previously worked as HR Manager at the IPA. Lily has designed and delivered training and consultancy services in all areas of HRM for clients across the public and private sectors. She is an accredited Mediator with both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland. She is Director of Mediation Training Programmes, Services and Consultancy provided by the IPA and also works as a Mediator with clients in both the public and private sectors.
