Joss Watson is a lecturer on the business and management academic programmes in the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). He has a wide variety of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Joss worked in the healthcare sector environment for 17 years and has been involved in leadership, management and organisation development.
In 2018, Joss began lecturing as an Associate at the IPA on the Healthcare Management/Organisation & Management Modules. He joined the IPA faculty as a full time member of staff in 2020.
Joss holds a Diploma in Management & Employee Relations, a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours degree from UCD, an M.Sc. in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Diploma in Health Economics. He has recently commenced a Doctorate in Governance.
