IT Project Management is a core module on the Diploma in Computer Studies. It can also be taken on a stand alone basis. The IT Project Management course provides essential tools and techniques to develop and execute IT Project Plans.
The IT Project Management module covers the entire project life cycle, from initiation and planning through execution, acceptance, support and closure. It provides participants with the essential tools and techniques to help you develop and execute IT Project Plans.
It also provides insights into some of the softer project management skills that are often equally important in delivering a successful project both in terms of output and outcomes.
