Delivery Method

Mastering Conflict for Effective Leadership is a three-hour online session that will take place from 10.00am to 1.00pm on the scheduled date. A significant element of the programme involves pre-course work and we offer all participants to undertake the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). The individual coaching session to debrief your personal CDP profile is scheduled separately for a time after the module. This is a critical element in personalising the programme content to your specific needs.

Fee: The cost of this course is €440 per person.  This includes the CPD diagnostic and one to one coaching.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, that in the event of a cancellation less than 48 working hours before the commencement of a course, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.  Cancellation fee will also apply to non-arrivals on the day.

As part of the course we offer you an opportunity to undertake a personalised Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) diagnostic analysis and receive 1-1 coaching about your conflict management feedback.
