Debt Collection Techniques is for staff working in Debt Management Units within the Irish Local Government Sector.

Debt Management Units have been established in Irish Local Authorities to deal with many areas of debt management including debts associated with commercial rates, housing rents and housing loans. The focus of this course centres on how staff working in these units can develop techniques to better handle and deal with the process of debt collection.

Debt Collection Techniques will be delivered online via MS Teams and will consist of a full day training (10:00am to 4:00pm).

Cancellation Policy

Please note, that in the event of a cancellation less than 48 working hours before the commencement of a course, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.  Cancellation fee will also apply to non-arrivals on the day.

Debt Collection Techniques is a one day course that is specifically designed for those working in Debt Management Units within Irish Local Authorities.
