This one-day event will provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities of members of the boards of state, public and not-for-profit bodies. It will provide a briefing on the responsibilities of directors, issues which are of particular relevance to board members of state, public and not-for-profit bodies, and key characteristics of board effectiveness.
This event is open to Governance Forum Members and those who have an interest in the topic area.
