The CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice is the ideal qualification for those who are new to the people profession and those currently working in Human Resources (HR) or Learning and Development (L&D). The programme provides a solid foundation in people management, HR, and learning & development, building knowledge, expertise and confidence and enabling an immediate impact at work.
CIPD qualifications set the international standard for people professionals. Participants who complete the qualification will be awarded CIPD Foundation Membership, and can use the designation “Foundation CIPD” after their name. This starts to build their credibility in the people profession, shows that they are serious about their development and that they have a strong base of knowledge to build on.
The IPA is accepting applications for two programmes in 2024 (commencing in September 2024 and November 2024). Further information is available here.
