Leadership Development

Leadership is about creating the environments where people can thrive.  When that environment has changed significantly we have an opportunity to review how our established practices and patterns help or hinder us in building the most positive relationships, manage processes, deliver outcomes and team dynamics.

Leaders and managers ask how they can continue their responsibilities of managing performance and developing others when working virtually?  By focusing on dialogue and building trusting partnerships and the requisite skills to bring people with you on this new experience, you can continue your team momentum and likely enhance your impact and growth.

The ability to flex and change are critical organisational and life skills.  Change is when leadership is needed the most.  Leaders and managers need a portfolio of skills and tools to respond with energy and lead with purpose.  Building relationships, enabling responsiveness and agility in others is therefore an essential leadership responsibility.

This three hour online session allows you to reflect on your team environment and what is working well in this virtual world.  By assessing your own mindset and skillset, you can benchmark your own capabilities against qualities needed for creating high performing teams, which can thrive in an innovative, dynamic environment.  The session will give you an opportunity to look at:

  • Models of leadership to build high performing teams
  • Models of leadership for working remotely
  • Blend of mindset, skillset and toolset to lead with impact
